-The QA Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance activities in healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Understand and interpret NABH accreditation standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and update policies and procedures to meet quality requirements.
- Organize and provide training and education on quality assurance to staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel.
- Maintain and manage documentation related to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with NABH accreditation bodies and other external agencies involved in quality assurance.
- Require to have end to end understanding of QA Framework
- Timely Recording and reporting to Senior team members.
- Any other task/activities as may be assigned from time to time as per project requirements.
- Participate in the weekly and monthly review meetings to highlight the progress of the allocated hospitals.
Candidate Profile (Key Competencies & Skills):
minimum 2 years experience in Hospital Administration.
